We only accept returns/exchanges for regular-priced item(s) purchased online via our website if the item(s) received are incorrect or defective within 2 days upon receiving the parcel. We apologise if we have sent you an incorrect/defective item.

The item(s) must be in their original condition that include the original packaging, dust bags and tags attached. Please provide snapshots of the defective area/incorrect item and submit your request with your order number via email to sales@skalche.com. Emails sent after the deadline will not be entertained. Kindly wait for our confirmation prior to returning your order. Please do not ship your item(s) back without this authorisation, as it will not be processed.

Returns/exchanges requests will not be processed if the product(s) is/are purchased from a third party, or if the product(s) is/are not in its reported condition as per the email request.

Once we receive your returned item(s), it can take up to 5 business days for the request to be processed. There will be an email confirmation with the return/exchange details when it's completed.

Exchange for the same item is dependent on our stock availability. The shipping charge and the instructions to pay for the shipping charge will be noted in an email to you prior to shipment. All changes are final sale, no further returns or exchanges can be made. In the event that the same item is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

It is recommended to mail your return back via a traceable mode of shipping and inform us of your tracking number. skålche will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages. All postage charges to and fro will be borne by the customer.
Defective items are defined as items that have missing parts, deep scratches or obvious blemishes. Each product is unique in form and texture – uneven textures, colour hues, tonal variations, creases or veins should not be considered as defects.

Our bags are covered with dust bags; all earrings are wrapped in bubble wrap; and all products will be placed in boxes to prevent damage during delivery. We apologise in advance should there be any oversight on our end due to human error.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the measurements, colours and images of our products that appear at the online store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Please be aware that variations in style, colour, size, shape and look may occur. There may be a 1-2cm difference in our given measurements as compared to yours. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect. For printed designs, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/colour patches for each piece and this is not considered a manufacturing defect.

All sale items, items purchased with promo code/discount voucher or accessories are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please also note that any shipping costs are non-refundable.
